sticky eyes in 14 day old kittens

Does anyone have any words of wisdom on dealing with this problem? The kittens’ eyes have just opened and 3 of them have got one sticky one and look a bit piratical. Bathing in saline or euphrasia tea seems a good start but I know we have some experts on this list.

Breast milk from mum ( don't know how you would get this in the cat ) and Euphrasia tincture diluted 1 drop to 10 mls is what I would use.

I always bathed their eyes with a mild solution of sterile water with a small amount of boric acid added.

Thanks, Donna and Rochelle. I think they may be improving on saline but now have a fall back in terms of drops.
