Hi,
My name is Joy Sherri, I have been teaching both Hebrew and ESL for over 30 years. I've had very good success with the *hard to learn* both young and old, and with intuitive abilities have been able to transmit the foundation of this complex language in an easy eye-to-eye method which has brought the student to the front of the class with full comprehension of both Hebrew and English. So much for the *hard to learn*. Not in my class.
Why am I posting about this seemingly OT on a homeopathy group you ask? Simply, I would like to BARTER with someone who is highly knowledgeable and open. I will teach you Hebrew, you will teach me the fundamentals of homeopathy. Once a week at a designated time, we will meet on Skype - half and hour of Hebrew, half an hour of homeopathy. If needed, we can increase the time to 2x a week.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested and time-wise you can work this into your schedule, please email me at beitharmony@gmail.com. Only the keen minded and serious apply please. I am very devoted to my teaching craft and care about my students. Please have the same intention.
Best wishes and looking forward,
Joy Sherri

Good.
I think this poster deserves encouragement. The barter seems attractive and for those who are really in want of that linguistic ability, this is great.
Even without the barter, Joy needs to be encouraged. Joy, I wish I had the time to spend with you online. My schedules are erratic and cannot fit into fixed routines.
Please contact me offline so that I will share with you my understanding of homeopathy. Also, keep lurking here to learn some of the techniques the practitioners employ. Importantly, search in the archives from the first post onwards. That will help you stumble on more material.
The first book I want to read is this
Principles and art of cure by Homeopathy- by H A Roberts it is available online at
http://www.homeoint.org/books4/roberts/index.htm
From here you yourself will know what to look for and where. Please do not hesitate to ask for help

journey. Encouragement is so vital. I may take you up on your offer. I
can use all the help I can get right now. Much, much obliged.

Hi Joy,
What reading and background have you gotten so far? Beginning that way, and using the half-hours--when you get them--for questions and further guidance, could be useful. Let us know if you'd like suggestions?

Re: Have you ever wanted to learn the holy language of Hebrew?
Hi Shannon,
I've just been reading bits and pieces as diseases here on the homefront surface with my cats. I've seen positive results and I've seen no results. What I'd like to do is to get this science down to pat - not through reading so much as through understanding these energies and their effects on the living organism via Q and A as they've been manifesting so far with my animals.
I have many questions and it would be good if I could have one on one with someone who could teach me how to energy test with a pendulum as well as Kinesiology. I'd like to combine these with homeopathy as well as other modalities, including acupressure and sound healing.
I would like to start with the 7 major organs - brain, heart, lungs, kidney, stomach and the intestine, then work towards understanding Chi, the humors and their flows, bile and electrical impulses.
Also - last but not least would very much like to understand flower and tree essences.
Blessings,
Joy

Re: Have you ever wanted to learn the holy language of Hebrew?
I wasn't sure what you were referring to Sri, as sometimes there is a
language barrier so I looked up Gluttony and this is what wikipedia
serves up:
*Gluttony, derived from the Latin gluttire meaning to gulp down or
swallow, means over-indulgence and over-consumption of food, drink, or
intoxicants to the point of waste. *
Very interesting.
