Hearing of voices

My 8 yr old son mentioned to me that he has heard voices calling his name since a few months ago. These voices usually sound like one of the family members. However, each time when he turns and look, it's usually no one.

We are Christians, so we believe in Spirits.

However, I am curious to know if there could be any medical cause for hearing of voices? thanks

I know of no 'medical' cause Priscilla, only either a disturbance that needs to be healed or a talent for connecting with nonphysicals that can be refined. I'd want a good constitutional remedy to remove the possibility of the former and balance if it's the latter.

Anyway, that voice was clear and noone i knew. But i know that certain
pressures in the ear can distort sound, maybe sinus problems or fluid in the
ears. So you can hear things and the imagination can give meaning to the
sounds. Sorry, i'm just being homeopathically irrelevant.
