HELP - Janine Robert, activist/author/filmmaker has had a stroke

thanks much - forgot about Janet in the Bath area
have shared it.
I haven't treated a stroke personally - any suggestions for immediate treatment and potency - many sites suggest low and she is debilitated from her winter illness, but other say high .............

clot & bleed in right side brain affecting left arm and leg (paralyzed)
difficulty with speach
alert and oriented
can write with right hand

she may be on anticoagulants because has some cardiac arrhythmias and Congestive Heart Failure (after living on housboat in Bristol UK in this harsh winter). Became very ill and was slowly recovering. Arrhythmias can cause clots to form in heart and be sent to brain.

incident................as I see the winter part of chronic and the
