My eldest son 30 called and said for the last two weeks he has been having severe headaches.
They start as dull pain in the morning and by 4pm the heavy, constant pulsing right sided pain begins. He said it extends from behind his eyes across his forehead and down to his right ear.
Yesterday the pain was so intense he was crying and said if he would have had a gun he would have shot his head off because the pain was so intense.
He also told me he has two small pea like lumps on his testicles on the inside when I asked if anything else was notable.
Any thoughts here. I ran it through radar but would like someone who is not so closes opinion.

Re: severe headache
I think that as in the case of Dale's Mum that as well as a remedy a diagnosis is essential,Jean

Re: severe headache
I agree with Jean, diagnosis is important.
Maybe have a look at Nat Sulph - it has headaches and the feeling of wanting to shoot themselves with a gun.

Re: severe headache
Certainly would look at Lycopodium as has the 4pm modality and I thought the Nat Sulph a good suggestion also. Belladonna could be acute and pulsating. Chamomilla can not stand pain. But a 2 week history of severe headache I think does ask for some investigation to rule out pathology, Jean

thisis from my clinical experience. headache sangunaria cm in repeated doses cures almost all types of headache. if it fails tuberculinum30 gives permanant relief. in some cases i have to give x rays 30.
