questionable burning on elbow

Since i spend a lot of time on internet...my elbows have gotten callouses on
them. Once I took rhus for something and the ugly things broke off....but
they started again though not as bad. However..recently, i've been getting a
burning, stinging pain in a small area near the right elbow. I'm guessing that
this inflammed feeling is coming from the bone. Does anyone have an idea what
might be going on? The pain is not coming directly from the callouses. It
comes out of nowhere and leaves after a few minutes. I could be sitting or
lying. Maybe three or four times a week.
