You can fly into UK on Continental via Newark (which has the machines but at this point can refuse) and then on to Bristol in the W. of England (airport about 2 hours from Heathrow)
Gatwick at this point doesn't have them south of London, 1.5 hours or so

Those are the best choice for flights, right now, into the UK avoiding Heathrow, Manchester & Birmingham.
