Never sick in 30 yrs, good or bad?

Hi,
May I know if someone has never fallen sick (not even cough, flu) for 30 years, is that a good thing?

Does it mean that the person has a very good immune system or the immune is not working (thus not responding to infections)?

Dear Priscilla
People's diseases may manifest itself on different levels. Physical, emotional and mental and in some cases even spiritual.
What is important is not jus cold and flu, but other symptoms they may have.
It would take a serious consultation to make the judgement of someone has been symptom free for 30 years.
If they have - then excellent and may they stay that way for a long time to come.
