You seem to be referring to § 248? I am sure most (?) of us do not have a problem with that, what is to be shocked about it? The earlier ranting came through advice to give dry doses of the same potency over and over and over then suddenly stopping.

Perhaps you can be more explicit about your references though.

Might be worth you reading § 248 again ".... if the solution is used up it is necessary to add to the next solution of the same rx if still indicated (though rarely) several pellets of a higher potency with which we continue so long as the patient experiences continued improvement...."
