girl has constant ringing in right ear since she went to a concert.

What kind of concert? If it was rock, she was probably too close to the speakers and needed ear plugs. This may be a lifestyle issue more than a homeopathic one.

I have tried Arnica in this case (the constant assault of the ear drum by sound waves is similar to a blunt instrument) It helped, and also time will heal the damage unless severe.

The tympanum rubric may be helpful because it is connected to injury but:
"Noise-Induced Hearing Loss is a form of Sensorineural Hearing Loss (Nerve Deafness) that occurs as a result of chronic (long-term) exposure to loud noises (e.g. industrial machinery or loud music). It can also result from brief exposure to very loud noises (e.g. gunshots, explosions or aircraft engines). This form of Hearing Loss occurs after subtle changes in cells and structures of the Organ of Corti and the Cochlea."
To protect the ear, as well as earplugs, a good dose of anitoxidants before hand eg resveratrol, coQ10, magnesium, B12, etc, (they can also provide nutritional support for the healing phase)
Since it's related to nerves hypericum may be one to consider. The injury itself is like a repeated blow, so all the trauma remedies are worth consideration - arnica, bellis, calendula (the daisy family has that issue) Also Manganese has a specific relationship to the ear.
