If someone has bad reaction to a food such as bread, though you might call it
gluten intolerant on the physical level...but if they have a strong emotional
reaction..irritation, anger...etc...I'm guessing that you need a remedy that
covers the worse from bread but also any outstanding characteristics of the
anger reaction, like turns blue with anger, or cries when angry, or throws
things. But if none of those particulars of the reaction are in the worse from
bread rubric...Would one stay within the remedies in the worse from
bread....assuming that this is usually the only time the person gets angry or
overly angry or overly irritated?

Also, and this has nothing to do with the above question...does anyone have a
list of remedies that cry after they are angry?

In Murphy, if you look at MIND, ANGER, you can find the sub rubric 'crying, pain from', (with the usual rx like Cham.)
Then under CRYING there is the rubric "anger, with" which has quite a few more, and pretty well all of them are polychrests, interestingly.

One problem with provings is that there will be some sx either not
experienced by all provers or sx that are not recorded correctly or
the proving not broad enough so the 'bread' sx, to me anyway, would
more likely be missing certain rx.

Having said that though there are a significant number of rx in the
'bread agg' rubric that would cover the kind of anger reaction you
have mentioned.

For your second question look at 'mind, weeping, tearful mood, after
anger, vexation'.
