succussion picture sought
Hi,
I am trying to describe homeopathy in pictures for a powerpoint presentation in Japanese (groan). Does anyone have a picture of succussion? I know I have seen pictures of machine succussion. I think I could use any picture as long as I am not trying to sell the picture.
Blessings,

Thanks.
is a really nice explaination. The problem is I have to get it into Japanese. I wonder if I could contact the producer of that video and make it in Japanese.

I made a little video showing how to make a remedy solution bottle, how to succuss, and how to take the remedy with various dilution glasses:
If you need a still photograph, email me, I can do one real quick and send via email.

Erica

Hi Erica,
Such a cute child. What a nice way to say homeopathy is easy. Is she yours?
If I have stills of crucial places in your video, I will translate
what you are saying along with the reference pictures. Also, give the
reference to your video. That way viewers can probably follow the
video. Even if they can't, the pictures will tell the story too.
The whole succussion routine is a bit mind boggling. What you have
there is much more practical.
Is it hard to send stills of a video? I would really appreciate it if
you could. Direct reference to your video is the best. I can also
make drawings and load them up.
To make a youtube video you need a camera, some software that goes
with the camera and that's it. Was it difficult? I mean in a
technical sense. I can usually figure out software but not talented.
Blessings,
Ellen

Dear Lynn,
This is the quick answer to my question. I still would like to make
reference to Eric's youtube video.. But this site needs to go up now.
Can I just use these pictures?
Thank-you so much.
I am trying to do all the explanations of homeopathy with pictures.
Have you ever seen pictorial representations of the proving process?
Blessings,
Ellen

Re: succussion picture sought
Hello Ellen,
I included the website where I found the drawing. You can ask the site owner, or fashion your own after it.
Or..............................
The following is from my client instructions and you are welcome to use it:
Simple Instructions for Taking Your Homeopathic LM Remedy
1. You have received a Remedy Solution Bottle (RSB) which contains the remedy.
Before taking a dose, each time succuss the RSB: that is, hit the bottle against a book. Give it a good hard thwack. This will increase the potency of the dose slightly each time so that it gradually works faster, deeper and with a more gentle effect. The number of times you succuss the bottle (typically from 2 to 8 times) will be written on the label. You may find that you need to adjust the number of succussions (see Adjusting the Dose on the other side of this form).
2. Take one teaspoon from the bottle and put it in a cup with 4 oz. of water (Dosage Cup). (Ideally the water should be distilled or filtered but tap water is acceptable if that is all you have.) Stir vigorously with a spoon.
3. Take one teaspoon from the Dosage Cup as your dose. Never drink directly from the bottle. This will disturb the gentle and increasingly deep-acting progression of potencies which I have set up for you. It could cause you to experience an aggravation of your symptoms.
4. Discard the rest of the water in the dosage cup. (Hint: it's great for your plants!)
