Attachment comes through fine.

Has she already had CP - doesn't look like CP now, it lacks that pearly spot but if she's already had it then the VF might still be trying to present it in a modified form. Maybe Scarlet fever linked. Did you look inside her mouth, tongue and throat area for lingering sx.

Did it look like this before the anti histamines.

Not a lot to go on - Puls; Rhus tox; come to mind.
