Hello! everybody,
Would any one like to say any remedy for this case….My first
prescription was a failure and after proper analzye, could find the right
similimum....Dr.Anita
Case…
Mr.S.S Age 68 years Came with a complaint of Sleeplessness, Right sides
headache, Lipoma on right elbow joint with inclination to fall forward that
is to lose the balance.
Observation…..Lean thin, occipital baldness, unhealthy skin, irritable
expression on face and always when he visited clinic he was not well
dressed, not ironed, crumbled dress typically dirty look on his face. He had
also flapping of alae nasaei.
General makeup…..He was regular alcoholic since last 20years,recently since
last 4 months stopped due to his illness.
Desire to Hot drinks.
Thirsty.
Cannot bear heat at all…..HOT patient
Mental makeup…..
This man through'out his life has never worked…His wife run the paint
buissness.He would lend the money on interest to the people, an community
who has whole sale buissness of making shoes. His job was to go early
morning 4a.m…to 6a.m to collect the interest money from this people. If any
one din't give money on right time he even can strike and beat them. He was
call as nana in his area and this poor community people respected him. If
there were any wrong accuse or unnecessary fights in his area, he is the
first person to intervene. He would resole the fight and make the matter
fine. He would not tolerate any nonsense from any one. Therefore people
respected him a lot, but he always had a fear of police station. He said I
am such a angry man, I can even beat the person. i fear if I do some wrong
to any one there will be police case. I have to be strong in nature to
collect the interest from the people. Even I have licence of Usurer{lending
money}I fear my bad temper. If any thing wrong happens what will happen to
my image in society. I just cannot bear anyone pointing at me. I am
respected person in my area, no one should say bad to me….This is main
tension.
One day his wife stole some red soil which muncipality put for street
tree, that whole night this man could not sleep due to fear that what if
police come to know. What if his name get spoiled.
By nature he said if I give a word to some one to do some work, I become
restless until I complete the work. I need to do the that job by any means.
One day his wife visited my clinic and that was a time I got his real self,
his exact nature. His wife said if he is angry he don't talk for 15 days at
home, don't eat the food. everyone has to listen to him. Even if I advice
him good for his health he is annoyed. As she was saying this he got so wild
that he started fighting with her in front of me, and finally with anger he
left the clinic.

In any given case we have to see 2 natural traits in a person.
1.Observed trait
2. Deduced trait
In the observed trait we see as soon as patient enters the cabin,the way he
talks, he sits, the speed with which he enters the clinic, speech Body
launguage, hair, expression on face, height/weight.
In this case, This person was always bad in dressing so we can take a
rubric. Elegance want of, Tastlessness in dressing or dirtiness. There was
marked flapping of alae-nasea.
He had typically baldness on occiput.
This all can give us clear understanding of physical makeup of this
patient.
I perceived his innate genetic trait when his wife came and he became
quarrelsome. This is a deduced trait, we have to analyze a persons nature
who is sitting in front of us. He was offended easily, dictatorial,
Sulky[bad temper with indisposed to talk],obstinate.
He repetadly said if I give a word to anyone I have to finish the task.
I feel anxious and restless until I complete the work told to me….This is
nothing but Anxiety conscience of.
He was concerned for his image and always bothered for social position.
.here we can take a rubric social position concerned for, Despair social
position for and fear social position of.
He also could not bear any wrong done to any one, he would be the first
person to fight for it…..Injustice cannot support.
His physical general was quiet clear as Hot patient, Thirsty, Desire hot
drinks.

The remedy given was Chelidonium 200 I dose.
The first remedy was Lycopodium with no result,clear understanding of case
concludes that the patient was not cowardice. He was a strong fighter. Lyco
are Strong outside but weak to fight inside. Rubric..Abrupt yet affectionate
and Harsh yet affectionate. They have tremendous love for power or they may
be also confused, foolish childish.
Also in this case he said that one night he could not sleep because his wife
stole the soil…this is like Restlessness and uneasiness of conscience, felt
as if he had committed the unpardonable sin….This is peculair symptoms of
chelidonium. They have Anxiety conscience 3 marks were lycopdium is not a
single mark.
It was also interesting to see in this case that the remedy given to him
also covered his genetics makeup. Even flapping of alae-nasea and baldness

Follow-up:
