Mammary Tumour

Post by Kerry »

I haven't heard from Saroush to say not to post the images so I am
assuming it is ok to go ahead. The images are located here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/minutus/p ... 9/pic/list

The first image shows the tumour a few weeks prior to starting
'homeopathic' treatment - I use the term homeopathic loosely as I was
'sold' this treatment as homeopathic before I knew any better. The
'homeopath' - if you could call him that - piled in multiple remedies
(it is a few years ago but I seem to recall it was in the region of
about ten remedies), dry dose, daily. After this image was taken the
tumour started to break down and became a horrible gory mess that
continually leaked blood - unfortunately I don't have a photograph of it
at that stage. I then started treatment. Within eight weeks of
commencing treatment the tumour had nearly gone and went on to disappear
completely.

Though the tumour disappeared I would consider what happened to be
suppression, not cure, as the pig then developed major joint problems
which ultimately led to him being put to sleep. We live and learn and
sometimes we learn at our animals' expense. :-(

It would be a great PR exercise and help spread the message far and wide
if homeopaths could record cases photographically. A photograph will
hook someone's interest where just a title to an article might not have
the same effect. Journalists know how important photographs are to gain
peoples attention; that is why magazines and newspapers are full of
them. We shouldn't be spending our time arguing with, or trying to
convince, the scientific community - it is just wasted energy. When
Green and Blacks produced their organic chocolate bars, they didn't
start arguing with Cadbury's as to whether or not their product was
superior to Cadbury's chocolate bars; they marketed it to the public:
the consumer - Cadbury's were irrelevant as they weren't buying the bars
(though eventually they did buy the company). What homeopathy really
needs is good marketing that doesn't go over the heads of the general
public; it needs to be in layman's terms, not scientific demonstrations
of epigenetics that makes most of the general public switch off.

Hi Kerry,

I'm being kind of nitpicky here, esp. since the situation is already past, but, you wrote:

Generally one wouldn't call a change from a fatal systemic disease such as the cancer, to a joint problem, to be suppression! Despite how serious the joint problem was, and despite the fact that the animal had to be put to sleep, still *in theory* I would think the joint problem was a lesser disease state, which *could* have been resolved homeopathically, had you had the necessary knowledge. That is one of the risks in treating severe disease, that just getting out of the *original* severe state isn't necessarily the end of the severity. But going from cancer to joint problem? I'm not sure that was suppression. What a wonderful start you made, tho! Too bad it didn't work out in the end.

It didn't come through, again! So I am resending.
Hi Shannon

As cancer is a form of destruction and there was destruction of the
joints, I would look at that as a transference of the diseased state,
not a lesser state, but perhaps I am wrong on that. As to the joints
being cured by homeopathy, sadly, well selected remedies didn’t work.
I have experienced the same thing with my health after being treated by
a homeopath who gave multiple remedies, dry dose, daily: it screws up
the vital force; it is bad practice and one that I would hope no well
trained homeopath would ever consider doing. If a homeopath doesn’t
have the knowledge to treat a case well with a single remedy at a time,
then they should either seek advice from colleagues, or pass the case to
another homeopath and dedicate their time to more study. Personally I
can’t see the problem with asking for help with cases, as to me there is
no shame in saying ‘Help, I’m unsure what to give!’

i'm not sure if i missed a few messages somehow? if the tumor was benign, and it went away and joint problems appeared, i could see the treatment as being suppressive. but like Shannon says, if it was really malignant cancer and was replaced with only joint problems, i dont see that as suppressive.

My take on it would be that both cancer and joint problems happen when
the body environment is too acidic - somehow even thought the tumour
resolved, an underlying issue - possibly related to diet, but maybe
related to susceptibility wasn't.
