Re: autism and vaccination
ny challenging--sure is. but the nurses were successful to some degree on the daimes mandating flu
for all health care workers. at least for the moment. the state has mad compensatory noise about the
vaccine which promises a fight not over.
if nj is easier, then these people may have an easier time. let's hope so for their child's safety.

Re: autism and vaccination
NY is the only problem state (other than WV and MS that have only a medical exemption)
IL is a little challenging too

Oh, can you give examples....because I haven't found that to be so and he seems quite sincere in helping the whole issue of vaccination.

Re: autism and vaccination
I appreciate Dr. Blaylock's work. But as far as an emergency protocol for forced vaccination (which is how this list of directions started), it is largely basic nutritional information that is helpful in general, others are not useful in the situation, and much is based on directing cytokine reaction. The ice and cold shower thing would be nice to understand better. In general vaccinations affect more than the body, and we and our immune systems are far more than what happens with cytokines. Science does not totally understand the immune system and all connected to it. Homeopathy worked well before any of that was understood, and will continue to until more is seen and beyond. I don't think telling everyone to 'avoid all immune stimulating supplements' as a blanket statement is useful. Herbalists also greatly differ about confusion being given to the public to avoid echinacea and elderberry for example.I have some of their information, write me if you'd like it.

Re: autism and vaccination
ny has a religious exemption. the problem is that when you present your case, the school districts
categorically dismiss it regardless of the law. then you need to get into battle mode.
but as previously noted, many of the antivaccine families wont'send their kids to public school and
do home schooling instead. my region if filled with these families. often they have other issues as well.
some of them are religious fundamentalists. and others want more touch-feely type educational programs
with more personal attention to their offspring. since these schools do not promote anti-establishment
politics they are not seen as a threat. in the '70's the schools were mainly left politically centered
programs and the county/state gave people a very hard time. the arguments then had to do with
whether the schools were teaching 'civics' they way the state wanted. of course they weren't: that is
why the formed to begin with.

Re: autism and vaccination
NY does have the religious exemption and I have used it succussfully and my kids are in school..I think different school districts look at it all differently but once my oldest got through I knew my youngest would as they couldn't discriminate within the family

Re: autism and vaccination
glad you have found him helpful.
The laws are clear for each state and I haven't found the need to
refer anyone to lawyers unless in NY city

Yes it does seem to vary district to district as they allow each district to judge a person's exemption write up.
Terrible.

Re: autism and vaccination
Sure, generally makes sense. I was asking because you said he in particular makes it more complicated than it is, which sounds like he doesn't do effective work. Are you saying you didn't mean him in particular, but meant to say in general 'any lawyer' would make it more complicated?
