Dear Health Care Provider:

This letter is to inform you that pursuant to Public Health Law (PHL)
§ 2112(4), I hereby
authorize the use of influenza vaccines containing more than the mercury
levels described in
PHL § 2112 (2) and (3), due to insufficient amounts of vaccine
containing the mercury levels
described in said sections, as is necessary to respond to a disease
outbreak. This authorization
shall continue until May 1, 2010. All vaccinations should be given with
the informed consent of
the patient or the patient's parent or person otherwised authorized
to consent..

New York State is currently experiencing a resurgence of the 2009 H1N1
influenza
pandemic. The State's influenza activity level has been at
"widespread," the highest category,
for the past two weeks. Indicators of influenza activity including
hospitalizations for confirmed
influenza, emergency department visits for influenza-like-illness (ILI),
sentinel provider reports
of the proportion of patients with ILI, and laboratory reporting of
positive influenza results are
elevated in many areas of the state, greatly exceeding normal levels for
this time of year. Most
influenza identified by laboratories is the H1N1 strain, but some
isolates of seasonal influenza
are also being identified. High rates of school absenteeism are being
reported in some
communities and outbreaks on college campuses have been reported, with
one death of a college
student. There have been several other deaths reported due to influenza,
including the death of a
pregnant woman. This level of influenza activity is very unusual for
this time of year and
indicates that the H1N1 pandemic is not lessening and may be
accelerating in New York State.

Young children and pregnant women are documented to be at greater risk
of severe disease
outcomes from influenza in general, and H1N1 influenza in particular.
The epidemiology of
H1N1 infections in New York State last spring showed that children under
age five years had
rates of confirmed H1N1 infection of about five per 100,000, which was
almost twice the
infection rate in persons age five to 24 years, and five times the rate
for persons 25 years of age
and older. Children under age five years had rates of hospitalization
more than eight times that
for persons age five to 24 years of age and 14-20 times higher than for
older persons. Nine
deaths were reported in the spring in children under age 18 years.
According to the federal
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), pregnant women are at
increased risk of
complications and death from H1N1 influenza. Pregnant women have
experienced a four-fold
higher rate of hospitalization and a six-fold higher death rate than the
general population due to
H1N1 infection.

Supplies of both the 2009 seasonal trivalent and 2009 H1N1 monovalent
vaccines are
inadequate to meet the immediate need to vaccinate all persons who seek
vaccination including
young children and pregnant women. On October 14, 2009, the CDC issued
an update on the
availability of the 2009 trivalent seasonal influenza vaccine. The CDC
update stated that,
"Because the total number of doses that will be made this year is
approximately the same as the
number of doses that were actually administered last year, an increase
in demand cannot be met
this season." The New York State Department of Health (DOH) has
received numerous calls
from hospitals, other regulated facilities, county health departments,
and members of the public
about difficulty in obtaining seasonal influenza vaccine.

Supplies of monovalent 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccine have become
available from the
federal government in the last three weeks. According to CDC, only six
million doses of
thimerosal-free influenza vaccine for children under three years of age
will be available
nationally. New York State's per capita share of these doses is
approximately 378,000 doses.
This is only enough to vaccinate 26 percent of the estimated 723,851
children in this age group
(2007 data) with the recommended two doses. In addition, CDC indicates
that substantial
supplies of the pediatric thimerosal-free formulation will not start to
be available until mid- to
late November, while H1N1 disease is accelerating in the state now.

For these reasons, I have determined that there will be insufficient
supplies of 2009 seasonal
trivalent and 2009 H1N1 monovalent vaccines that contain the mercury
levels set forth in PHL
§2112 (2) related to children under three years of age and (3)
related to pregnant women.
Therefore, the authorization for the use of vaccine containing more than
the mercury levels set
forth in said sections is necessary to protect the public health.

Pardon my cynicim. Daimes just lost a case against mandatory vaccines for
health care workers. This was probably an embarassment for him politically.
He is also a supporter of vaccines in massive numbers for massive numbers of
people.
I have to interpret this letter as his pay backf or his public embarassment.
He further is obviously supporting the pumping of mercury into people via the
vaccine. What is wrong with these people! Do they see themselves so far
removed from the masses that they have no concern for real health? Has
this man been bought and paid for by those eugenisists who promote removing
millions of people from the world as "useless eaters?"
BTW, what hospital is your mom in? Is this NYC or an upstate hospital?

very sincerely, i ask, is there some easily understandable reason why, during a time when there is great public uneasiness about mercury in vaccines, we have to make vaccines that have even more mercury than previous types of vaccine? i mean, is there some laboratory or other technical reason for this that i can understand? otherwise my mind moves in some very disturbing directions.

i think you hit the nail on the head--disturbing directions. people have been
knee jerk quick to reject talk about sinister motives to make the public sick in
order to make more money for large corporations. they react even quicker
when issues of eugenics and intentional depopulation are raised. words like
'paranoia' get used to reject these ideas. however, in this day when we have
the ability to research carefully, we get bogus and fraudulent reports from medical
journals, pharmaceutical corporations, agribusiness on GMO safety, and even
worse from government agencies such as the FDA and USDA or internationally
from the Codex committees. We get food and water laced with toxic chemicals
that affect the nervous system causing brain dysfuntion. We get chemical
laced foods that affect the liver, and reproductive organs. We get chemicals
that cause cancer. And we do not get the acknowledgement that all this has
been intentionally put upon the public. The president supports a declared
flu emergency but doesn't vaccinate himself or his kids. But we get state
mandated poisoning with a vaccine that will have no good effect.
Just listened to an interview on right-wing radio about a UN treaty coming up
for Senate approval that will supercede the American constitution and make
us subordinate to the UN or other world organizations. The issue being discussed
was the idea that parents will lose control over all sorts of personal decision-making.
Thus, we see the UN declares a flu pandemic, but till after they change the definition
of a pandemic. Death statistics have been removed and the definition only talks
about the presence of the flu in a majority of countries. Forget whether the flu is
debilitating or causing death. Only its presence is enough to make this blanket
declaration.
Following this bogus hype about nothing, we get the mandates from beyond our
borders which means that there will be no means to demand local freedoms for
health choice. This is how the globalization of population control is happening.
So yes, Rachel, we need to deal with these uncomfortable ideas or we will find
ourselves without the right to even speak them. Sorry for the intensity of this post,
but we are in some desperate times and need to begin to connect all the dots.

How is this known? Is it just the flu he doesn't vaccinate for or all
vaccines?

They said on the news yesterday that the girls have both been vaccinated for H1N1 (cut to a shot of them skipping happily along), but that mom and dad will wait until more doses are available.

Sadly, I haven't seen or read anything from him to suggest that he's "on our side" on this one, and also have noted that any mention of "alternative" health methods have been strikingly absent from any commentary that I've heard or read. What a dilemma it would be for him if he *is* anti-vaccine, but I haven't seen or read anything to suggest that's the case. I would LOVE to be wrong on that, tho!

since his campaign, i've been tracking thru the autism network his positions on vaccines. i never foresaw this potential for forced vaccinations over such a trivial disease, but he's made it clear all along he loves vaccines.
he's a politician. it takes quite a bit of investigation to figure out the truth in all this. my guess is, he probably still authentically thinks vaccines are good and we are quacks. i hope.....
