Homeopathy Staphysagria and Sulphur and Mercurius and Primary Shyphilis

A friend has started with Staph. days after he developed a chancre (primary syphilis)It did not get better then he was given Sulphur and it started to close down. After this he was given Merc. and the ulcer started again to flair up. Sulphur is for sure the remedy what is closing down the process. He also is uncut and his fore skin now is not going back called Phimosis. Staph was given in a 1m and after this he developed this sign. The Doctor did send him to a Test but it is quit obvious what it is and not much help from this site at all. The healing process is taken a long time and Sulphur is closing down the ulcer and he hopes the Phimosis also goes back. According to Hahneman this is a normal process my question would be has any one experiences like this or what did they do when the primary state of syphilis did come up and the healing process was really slow. any help would be appreciated
