Miasm?

Am trying to work out which Miasm is predominant when there is a
tendency to Strep infection which affects the kidneys.

Belladonna is so typically a remedy linked to scarlet fever and strep
throats - which suggest Tubercular Miasm. But wouldn't a focus on the
kidneys/urinary system with joint/limb aches and pains/raised uric acid
lean more to Sycotic Miasm. Would appreciate some insights.
