blurble under the eye?

Post by ForumGal »

Dear good people,
What is it called please, a small bulge under the eye that appears to be filled with liquid? I think it's connected to liver problems . . . .

Many thanks,
Margaret in Boston

Hi Margaret,

The only term I've heard for it is "swelling"--and will look a little different in different people and/or indicating different remedies. Here's a rubric, if that helps.

Face; SWELLING; EYES; Below (l, 55, 4-10) (55) : APIS, apoc., arg-s., ARS., Aur., aur-m-n., Bor., bry., calc., Calc-ar., calen., carb-ac., cench., cham., cinnb., colch., corv-c., diosp-k., elaps, Fl-ac., guare., hep., ignis, iod., KALI-C., Kali-i., lap-be-e., latex, lepro., loxo-r., lsd, mangi., Med., merc., nat-c., nit-ac., nux-v., olnd., onc-t., pele-o., ph-ac., Phos., plut-n., puls., Raph., rhus-t., Sep., sil., sol, stram., Sulph., syc-co., Thlaspi, uran-n., xero.
Best,
Shannon
