Not quite sure what you mean by 'oily issue that is turned auto immune' but certainly a great rx for vaccination damage especially the skin, ear infections and when cancer has been linked in as part of the vaccination damage.

I've written about this before, about the book I read called Vaccine A, and a Utube type video called Beyond Treason. It shows that without the oil (Squalene) adjuvant, the military was having small amounts of complications. With the Adjuvant, it's a massive % of complications and death. More of our military is retiring on medical disability, combined with those who have died from medical issues from vaccines - that is amounts to more since Desert Shield to now, than those who've been killed in military action. That's a problem.
My issue is, that they're now putting this same Squalene adjuvant in the Influenza, Hepatitis, HPV, and other vaccines - and in this new Swine Vaccine that the last time they gave it many people were totally paralyzed and they didn't know why, and died from it..... Now, with Squalene, it's going to be worse statistics. This vaccine even has transgenic RNA/DNA, and all sorts of other issues involved. This is not going to be a simple "Take the Case" scenario, as this is not anything within the normal scope of nature! This is genetic manipulated, mutated, poisoned, and all sorts of other issues - all rolled into one!

You know, I've got a background in sales and marketing, and know that to be successful in sales, one has to create a need (a market) and then find a solution or fill the need. For manufactured needs, the governments creates a crisis, then comes in and comes to the rescue with a "solution"..... except there never was a real need beyond their lab genetic tinkering - in the first place! But, this is the way the system works.
I'd rather be a bit ProActive in trying to figure out all the pieces to this puzzle, and finding some solutions, than to be trying to figure this out the day we get hit with this. People last time there was a Army Pandemic - got sick in the morning, and were dead that afternoon! That's not much time to figure things out..... especially if you're the one who's sick! The brain tends to get a bit foggy.....
