Has anyone used Ars iod for long-term and wide-spread infections? How good were the results.

I have been using it with an elderly man in aged care facility with remarkable results.

I initially prescribed it for infected venous ulcers just to quickly control the infection while I looked further into the case but the remedy has also treated a chronic urinary tract infection that was resistant to all antibiotics and is the result of catheterisation. His urine used to look like pea soup and he suffered from chronic tiredness and lethargy, needing freqent sleeps throughout the day.

Since prescribing it he has no infection anywhere, has much more energy, doesn't have to sleep during the day, and is bright and optimistic in mood - also an improvement. This improvement has been in place for a month now with a twice daily 6X.

I know Ars iod has a the reputation of being the homeopathic 'antibiotic' but am unsure whether the improvements I have seen are just a loose correlation to its ability in this area or whether I struck it lucky with this remedy being this man's needed chronic remedy.

Has anyone else had remarkably good results with all sorts of infections with Ars-iod when the symptom picture didn't fully match the remaining symptoms of the case?

I should also add that a persistent chest infection also cleared.

dear brother according to my experience ars iod is anti tuberculosis.
we use it for all types of tuberculosis,in all stages with almost 100% results.there are patients who stopped takng allopathic anti tb drugs. due to side effecte or for aother reasons.ars iod is takes cre these patients as well.IN your case the patient is tuberculic,so ars iod has worked.please give him a high dose and we would be cured. dr israr ul haque

Ramakrishnan speaks of it being invaluable for controlling infection in diabetic ulcers.
