Can anyone Help?

I have a friend who is 76 years old .who has the following complaints, Cronic Constipation,Protruding and bleedings Piles,Eczemea on both his legs just above his ankle.He has burning sensation under his feet.He gets cramps in his calves especially at night.Cramps ,stifness and pain in fingers of both hands. Can anyone suggest a Homeopathic Treatment.
