Lanthanides, was Sankaran, Scholten etc.

Post by Roger Van Zandvoort »

Dear all,

I am currently busy adding Scholten's Lanthanides material into the CR. It is a bit of a challenge in that the basic material is not based on Hahnemannian provings but on the Stages-theory (be it that this is by now considered very helpful by quite some who have studied it). The good thing is that indeed the cases (with follow-up, although that could be clearer follow up sometimes) provided (and those on www.interhomeopathy.org ) are more than helpful in constructing a picture of the lanthanides that I hope (and that is why I put them in) will help more people in our times and will provide desired feedback from many users so that we can come to established pictures of these remedies. From what I have read so far, very good things can indeed be done with them.
That said, it is a alteration from the way I normally work and I do it just to see what the reactions are going to be in terms of useful feedback...

time will learn us more,

be well,

Roger

That does sound like a challenge. :-)
Are you fitting them into preexisting rubrics, or building rubrics
based on the conceptual framework? I for one will be happy to see
it--tho seems could be useful to indicate whether the entry is from
(proving or) cured cases or conceptual only?

Dear Shannon,

In my working database all is marked, so in this case as "unspecific" and "cured" or "constitutional" together with the number of "cures" or other. I will try to see if we can make this also visible in CompleteDynamics in the future.
I have added the material into the existing rubrics (since I had them already). I have made a start with the rubrics/themes for the framework, but that will stay unfinished until I will start with Homeopathy and elements etc.

Dear Roger, just to let you know I am planning some provings of the Lathanides. As you can imagine this will take considerable time but you'll be the first to receive the data when done.

Well wishes, Joy

Dear Joy,

That is very good news and especially bodily symptoms are welcome too, which is one of the sore spots in f.e. dream provings. I am going to contact you anyhow in the next weeks/months about the provings you have done already.

be well and good luck

Roger

p.s. maybe by the time you are going to do it I can tell you what might be the most interesting ones, but not online
