Which is all you wanted to say anyway and it is research, even if you are busy you still have to do what it takes to find an answer, otherwise you cut corners and we can't have that.

Well, I think you just do not know the answer to my question.
Hi List,
Let me tell you how I have so far done it - and perhaps someone else
can show me a better way:
When I have a symptom for which I want to know whether this was ever
proved, I take Allen's Enc. of Pure MM (where all the provings before
the time of his writing are published), and try by various means
(location if applicable - or the paragraphs headed by "mind, etc.) to
find the symptom that could apply to what I am looking for.
Where I have done this - for the sake of research - for say 10 - 20
symptoms in a chronic case, which I had I had used to rep the remedies
that might be suitable in the remedies that came up as the most
likely, it took me QUITE some time.
I was not talking about research - you may believe me that during e.g.
transcribing the v. Boenninghausen casebooks I sometimes spent hours
on deciphering just one sentence or even word:-)
But if I were a busy homeopath in my busy practice I doubt that I
would have time to do this. This had been the topic - the average
homeopath not knowing whether a symptom he uses is from a proving or
not.
So if anyone on the list knows a faster way - perhaps using the
software, which I do not have it might benefit all homeopaths reading
here.
