I agree with Dave's suggestion .I have treated number of cases in newly
developping area arround my city. Main symptoms are severe burning and
localised swelling.

Two remedies 1.APIS 2 LEDUM PAL. I prescribed APIS-30 if symptoms get
localised at site of bite.,prescribed LEDUM PAL 30 when symptoms travel
upward in extremities. Relief is almost instantaneous.

In most of cases single dose was enough,second dose is required only when
symptom improves and relapses.
