This looks like a powerful tool to have. I've been wanting to use something like this to make fillable forms for Homeopathic Casetaking -Medical History Intake form... the one that would be filled out PRIOR to client coming in to get historical personal & family medical history.... not the actual case taking in office.... (I only have 1 license for my Adobe product and my daughter owns it for her laptop...) This looks like it will fit the bill nicely.
