Rheumatoid arthritis

Could you tell me of any success with rheumatoid arthritis and what remedies were involved.
I have had RA for 10 years, have been treated by 3 homeopaths without success. Have also treated myself but as we know this is not a good idea as I find it difficult to be objective. I have been flaring quite severely lately and need to get this under control.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

One of the first things I try to find out is whether the patient uses Aspartame in his/her food and drinks.
If so, I ask them to carefully avoid it and then see them after 3 weeks.
Aspartame causes many symptoms including R/A. (Migraine, MS, Parkinson, Eczema, Diabetes; Obesity, vision problems including blindness, etc etc)
