Chappell\'s resonance provings-Maintaining cause-grounding

You can't really count on electrical grounding -- things that yes, certainly SHOULD be grounded, with 3-prong "grounded" outlet.. may still have electrical potential.
I was thinking about this earlier today .. there's a whole bunch of people with semi "normal" concerns about the incredibly large amount of electro-polution .. then there're the people who're actually actively creating "non lethal" weapons which use various electromagnetic effects (and subsonics, and likely plenty of "black science" .. stuff that we-the-people don't get to hear about until it's "de-classified"
-some of this weaponry is "tested" on .. or used to actively harass "citizens" .. who then get branded as "tin-hat nuts" .. and of course some of that harassment is designed to drive people nuts ..
Quite a mashup.
yah, on something like a garage-sized cage, a proper RF ground for could consist of several 8 - 10 foot copper pipes driven into the ground and connected with 1 inch ground strap.
useless unless grounded imho (unless some strange physics is involved)
The screen is not so bad; what is bad is actually using a laptop on your lap,
and then your hands will be in the field .. there is usually almost NO shielding .. EMF comes right off the circuit board which is fractions of an inch below the keyboard.
If you're sensitive to this stuff, the best thing to do is get an external mouse & keyboard; set the laptop on a table or desk where it's close enough to view the screen, but waaaay farther from you in terms of the "inverse square law" and how that effects quite a drop in the "sizzle" ..by getting a foot or so away from the source.
aha !
