What are some other areas where you see the compulsive aspect?
Can you say anything about how he feels about himself, his life, the
world--looking for "central delusion" or sensations, or etc.? E.g. if
this aspect weren't there at all, what might his life look and feel
like, and what might his issues be instead?
What things does he like to do, or goals, desires/aversions? (Any of
that that's not in the realm of what you shouldn't describe here?)
