OT: Massachusetts' pandemic martial law S.18 passed

I don't normally read infowars but there's so little coverage of the bill that I'm having to scrape for reports. S.18 allows medical authorities to quarantine, to enter private property without warrant and administer vaccines, drugs, etc., in reponse to pandemic illness. I don't know if this means they can force people to take vaccines:

Excerpt: Specifically,

"H.108 and S.18 would: Protect health care providers from liability in a suit for damages or administrative sanctions as a result of good faith acts or omissions while engaged in the performance of duties in rendering emergency care, treatment, advice, or assistance during a declared public health emergency or state of emergency, or acting as a result of a pandemic or a disaster."

I think there's something in some related bill that has to do with pushing individuals with cognitive disabilities and terminal illnesses to the back of the line in terms of emergency treatment if emergency rooms are overwhelmed by an outbreak.
