I have those remedies in globules, not in medicating potencies.
I prescribed single doses when using Cs, came the old fashion in a powder that could either be take dry or dissolved in water. Now that I use the Fibonacci Potencies, it is only single doses of powders.
When using LMs, the patient receives a prepared bottle of the desired LM.
THe wrong remedy happens at times, but the patients know the name of the remedy and if it happens, they call me or the pharmacy directly.
As everything is on record, the mistake is easily corrected at no cost to the patient.
