i don't think you will find easy mainstream sites for chem-trails since
they would come under the consequences of military and industrial
activity which they never publicize. it is always from private
investigations
and whistleblowers that we get this information.
there has been, and still is a great deal of atmospheric experimentaion
by the military in particular with all sorts of toxic fallout.

iraq and palestine. in the 1960's the rockefeller group just shoved
iud's into indian women in peru and waited till they bred themselves
out of existence. however, that is slow and requires convincing the
population to let themselves be manipulated like that. dropping a
radioactive warhead on a city is so much faster!
the new world order is fast becoming real. the Codex alimentarius
is clearly part of it. the 911 catastophe was the means to scare the
public into accepting the NWO dictate to destroy the Constitution in
the USA and civil liberties. Other countries have been following suit
since then. the creation of the eu was a grand step toward a global
order and has been followed by the North American Union that Bush
signed into being. the trans-american highway is designed to split the
USA in half and the exportation of industry is not just a tax evasion
and low labor cost effort, but one intended to pull the rug out from
under the american labor economy. they have clearly been succeeding
here.
from my point of view, if you get the picture of the real direction in which
the powers-that-be are moving, it is not hard to factor in such nefarious
concepts as chemtrails.
