Dear Pierre
Of course it gives cause for WORRY!
If it is a placebo, then no one should pretend that it is a remedy. That
means that you do not give the name of the remedy to the patient or anyone.
If it is the remedy, I would like to see a serious reason why any remedy at
30C is repeated THREE times a day.
I would never forget the woman who had been on sepia 30 daily for a year -
poor woman was proving it relentlessly!
The action of a remedy and the reaction of the patient and his vital force
MUST be analysed before a decision is made to repeat or change the potency
or remedy.
If colleagues are not adhering to clear instructions given by Hn, then it is
ONLY correct that these matters are highlighted on forums such as this.

Re: Remedy repitition - DN 481
I generally agree.
It seems like near-madness to be giving Agar. 30c daily (3times??!)
.. & sheer madness to be doing so whilst unavailable to the client.
With regard to placebo- it would be pretty easy for a misunderstanding to
creep in somewhere.
If I were giving placebo, I would be likely to let the cient think it was a
remedy (else why bother) and could see certain circumstances in which I
might let them think it was the remedy I had already given... normally I
try to avoid telling the client the remedy name, but will do so if they
insist- if it were placebo I might then need to lie..
