IFH case conference books / was leprosy

I purchased a number of these "Proceedings of the 199x Professional Case
Conference" publications from IFH when they were moving or closing an office
several years ago. I ordered one of each; one or two of the series were sold
out, and it was my impression that was the intent- to sell them all, & not
to reprint. Nevertheless:

awareness of classical homeopathy and to maintaining the highest standards
