Eczema like sx on 4mo old

i have a case of "eczema" on a 4 month old. Personality wise he is either phos or sulph (closer to phos), the only sx he has is this eczema like rash on entire face and different parts of the body. on the face its red, cracking, oozing, and very rough/dry. on body its white with brown and small round shapes mainly on torso but in other places as well. I have not had such a skin case before and wonder about the following:

1. when the correct rx is given how soon do you see change of some kind? how long should i give it before i need to try something else.

2. i've been giving 30c only since i am afraid of an aggravation, how common are aggravations with a 200c?

i've ruled out irritants, food, environment, etc. the rxs i tried or will try are sulph, graph, and phos. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I would have started with a dose of 6C with a skin case as agg can occur. Take it slowly and don't repeat without giving enough time for the remedy to work.

You should look as to when it started (vaccinations?) , breast or bottle - change the formula, check out mum's pregnancy and the birth also.

Also consider the health etc. histories of the parents and rest of the
family--isn't it a "very miasmatic" situation to have such severe
eczema in one so young??

that's one of my questions, what's enough time in a skin situation?? can you see a small change i.e. less oozing, lighter color, etc. within a week or so or will it take longer to see small changes??

yeah, did all that, there is nothing to go by. no vax, great pregnancy, natural birth, formula same since almost birth, i could find nothing that might have triggered it including environmental stuff, laundry, cloths, bedsheets/covers, etc....

Does the mom have *any* health issues at all? Either in present or in
the past? Any health issues in siblings, or in mother's and/or
father's extended family? Also, the combination of "no vax, great
pregnancy, natural birth...) and "formula since birth" seems unusual
(or am I out-of-date?). Do you know why the baby's on formula?

Everyone is an individual!! It also sometimes gets worse before getting better. Not the answer you wanted I realise but that's the name of the game with homeopathy

there are so many subtle influences that we cannot see such as chemicals
in the mother's blood or her milk. chemicals from things as simple as the pots
for cooking food, or water contamination, etc. perhaps a chemical analysis
of the mother is in order.
