What is EFT
EFT is a meridian therapy with roots in Chinese acupuncture and Japanese Acupressure. It has evolved from psychologist Dr, Roger Callahan’s Thought Field Therapy and developed in the USA by Gary Craig. It is a simple non-intrusive method that is used to treat fears, phobia and pain. It can be applied to addictions such as smoking, weight loss etc.
On the day, you will learn the basic EFT technique (Level 1 Training), and we will focus on using this tool to effectively help you understand and let go of the blocks to a successful practice.
This is a Study Day for all practitioners and students. By learning and using EFT, you will have plenty of opportunity to work on identifying and letting go of limiting beliefs which may be holding you back. You will also attain a Level 1 certification in EFT, which will enable you to progress to Level 2 practitioner level.
Grace is an experienced homeopath and teacher, who has used EFT extensively for personal growth, and to develop her professional practice.

She is actively involved in the Ghana Homeopathy project.
