amnesia after RTA

Post by Rochelle »

A friend's partner had a pretty horrific car accident 10 days ago but was lucky in that he has been left with cracked pelvis and vertebra and I will give him Symphytum and calc phos both low potency to help heal that. Now he did have a bash on the head and stitches and I can't make up my mind whether to give Arnica 200 or 10M or Nat Sulph 200 because he can't remember anything about it. Maybe it is better that way!!
Suggestions which to give please!!!

No - am waiting for his partner to come round. Will give her Puls for obvious reasons. She asked me for the Symphytum which helped her mum in the past but I think he needs something for the shot. Arnica has have memory los and forgetful symptoms whereas I can't found any for Nat Sulph so I guess it will be Nat Sulph. So now I have to decide 200 or 10M!!

Thanks - I did give Arnica - 200 because I was told that in typical Arnica
fashion he was saying that he is OK and is irritable!!

Why don't you start with Arnica straight away - for the shock, for the pain, for the bruising, the fractures, the general trauma. So many indications. Surely the first remedy to think of in any trauma? Give it high - and frequently at first.
Then you can assess if there is a need for Nat. Sulph. after that.

For injury / trauma, I ask them to notice what effect if any the remedy
has, and repeat as needed to maintain improvement. If *no* effect from
the 200, then I'd look for a different remedy, but if improvement from
200 is only slight, then I'd first move to 1M--sometimes in severe
trauma (even e.g. a really wicked sprain) I find 1M more effective than
200; not usually, tho. Do you know if he took more than the one dose?

No ideas if he took more than 1 dose and probably won't find out until I see his partner next Tuesday!! I know that they were more interested in the Symphytum for the cracks in the pelvis and vertebrae and they know from past experience that it works!!
