WORLD'S OLDEST HEALTH-FREEDOM GROUP

LAUNCHES FULL-TIME OPERATIONS IN THE U.K.

March 9, 2009

On March 17, 2009, in Cardiff, Wales, the National Health
Federation - the World's oldest health-freedom organization for consumers -
begins a new chapter in its existence with the launch of its NHF-UK branch.
With members in some 17 different countries, including the United Kingdom,
the NHF has long had a member presence in the UK. However, with the launch
of the NHF-UK, its activities in Great Britain will have a continuous UK
presence with a focus on those health-freedom issues important to the
British people - such as maintaining and expanding traditional health rights
while protecting against unnecessary and dangerous fluoridation,
vaccinations, GMO-contaminated foods, and Codex and EU bureaucratic
over-regulation and strangulation of health freedoms.

Glenda M Davies, NHF-UK's Executive Director, said, 'Health freedom
has always been important as a way of ensuring that individuals have
unhindered access to those many different healthcare treatments, whether
conventional or alternative, that such individuals wish to use for
themselves and their families. Unfortunately, we have seen a steady erosion
of our right to choose and, with it, an erosion of control over our own
bodies and healthcare decisions. With the launch of NHF-UK, we begin a
concerted effort of many voices joined together to stop and reverse this
erosion of our rights.'

Ian R Crane, author, researcher and lecturer, and the 'midwife' for
the birth of NHF-UK says, "The formal constitution of the NHF-UK presents a
tremendous opportunity for supporing and promoting the various individuals
and groups throughout the UK, who are committed to challenging the Bio-Tech
and Agri-business agenda; i.e. to effectively eliminate organic farming and
marginalise the Complementary and Alternative Health industry."

Scott C Tips, the NHF President, commented that, "This is a very
important step for the National Health Federation and for health freedom -
both in Britain and elsewhere in the World. For far too long we have seen
our health-freedom rights trampled upon with disdain and ease. Bureaucrats
and Members of Parliament alike have little comprehension and appreciation
of the well-established fact that the best health for a population comes
from freedom and not from the blind, heavy-handed, dead-weight of numerous
'protective' rules and regulations, most of which are imposed upon us by
unelected and therefore unaccountable bureaucrats with little knowledge of
how the real world works. By joining our health-freedom voices together
here in Britain, we can reassert our health-freedom rights and thus our
health."
