profuse bleeding

Post by Tanya Marquette »

a friend called with a bleeding problem after a normative dental procedure: extraction of
several teeth. one tooth continued to bleed and the dentist shoved a surgical gel into the
tooth. however, the bleeding increased and the bleeding is pretty profuse and constant
with large blood clots forming in the mouth. there is no pain.
my concern is that she is on almost a dozen meds for heart and blood pressure--about
everyone on the market it seems. will phosphorous cause any problems or is there a
better remedy to give. i suggested 30c potency, 1 dose and then for her to call me

Hopefully the Phosphorus will work.
Read Millefolium
TEETH; HEMORRHAGE; extraction of teeth, after (3) : erig., ham., tril.
Go to Cas if nesessary . At least that would remove fear.
Best Wishes,Jean

Here is an exerpt from Dr. Banerji’s Materia Medica on bleeding following tooth extraction.
“After extraction of tooth Calendula 200 is effective in most of the cases of bleeding. When the effect of anaesthesia is diminished or gone and the bleeding continues with pain, Arnica 3 cures it. After the pain subsides, in some cases the bleeding continues for hours and medicines like Hamamelis 200 and Ferrum phos.3x fail to check the bleeding, then Bovista 200 has been found effective.”

thanks. i will file thisinfo. we got the bleeding with
phos and a couple of others. by noon today the
color in her face returned (something not reported to
me earlier) and she was talking clearly as per her
voice in the message left for me.
don't know details since person only left a brief
message on my answer machine. am trying to reach
her for more details. it was a pretty scarey event for
her as described by my daughter who was there.
i am convinced that the other drugs she is
taking acted in a detrimental way with the surgical gel
shoved into the cavity in the gum. perhaps the years
of baby aspirin, but perhaps any/all of the many
allpathic drugs.
thanks again
tanya
