Advice Hylands (remedy seller) gives out

What one of my students told me (I had sent out an email about how to
administer remedies):
She was giving this continuously for months
I told her how to give the remedy and that it should be taken
routinely like that and explained why (and also suggested singles
instead of any combo remedy, but this is often how people find out
about homeopathy)

She wrote back.....
How many other parents do the same thing?

What on earth can been done about this - just one person who is
clueless at Hylands? More?
