while you are sorting out a homeopathic remedy have you considered making a poultice with a drawing agent. i.e. castor oil and slippery elm has been used in the past

or there's a paste you can get in pharmacies made of Mag sulph and
glycerine - called Magnoplasm in Australia, don't know about other
places. You just put it on the painful area and cover with a bandaid
overnight or more often if needed.

But this reminds me that the reason I found Magnoplasm was that one of
my children was prone to this sort of invasive injury - (and beestings -
the dead bee lying on the ground would wait for her to go past and
attack) When I learnt homoeopathy I discovered ledum - and it has been
an excellent remedy for her constitutionally - don't know if it would
have an expulsion effect though.

time. Not coming out, not always causing problems. Now it's started
causing problems, solid sac, painful if pressed.
accident in childhood - Silica isn't an option here as she is scared it
could affect all the "hardware" in her bone.
