Pain during urination going to teeth/gums

Dear Colleagues

If you remember, a few weeks ago I asked if any of you had come across this symptom and with thanks a couple of suggestions came through.

Tonight I retook the patient's case and was checking my choice of Staph in the MM. And guess what I found in the Vermulen's Synoptic MM?

"PAINS THAT MOVE INTO TEETH."

Case resolved!
