Can any one give me an opinion for this case?

Cases of Miss. P & Mr. S – Sister (21yrs) and Brother (14 yrs) in
relation - Born to first degree consanguineous marriage - both are
mentally retarded – presenting with some common features such as:
1. vision loss
2. Sleeping the whole day and playing the whole night.
3. No response to external commands.

The other symptoms are,

Miss. P Female 21 years
1. used to sit or lie in the upright position.
2. walking on the toes.
3. always wants to go in open air
4. eats sand
5. howling with ecstasy / shouting
6. beating his occiput after clapping his over the head
7. swinging the arms
8. opacity of cornea – right eye
9. biting her clothes in to pieces
10. craving for salty foods +++
Mr. S Male 14 years
1. Constantly pressing the lips with both the hands and pulling it.
2. Nodding the head side to side some times rolling motion.
3. Humming
4. Recurrent ear infections both Right and Left and fever.
5. Involuntary urination and stool.
6. Opacity of the cornea – central – both the eyes.

Information from Mother:

The has been treated by a homoeopath since its birth, no other
allopathic intervention was made, if any other non homoeopathic
medicine is administered then it will cause ulceration of the mouth
for both of them. No other special information during the carrying
period of both.

Other information:
1. The mother was severely depressed on thinking the conditions of her
children; She was relieved from his complaint after prescribing
Belladonna.
