Physiognomy and examination - Degroot, Weihe points, Kinesiology

Dear All,

Some of you must know about Filip Degroot's book Physical Examination and Observation in Homeopathy. I just got it because I wanted to know the Weihe points but the muscle testing is very interesting. I am wondering if you have tried or had any success with any aspect of the collection of methods in this books.

I know nothing about Kinesiology. The book by Beardall (The founder of the method) that he mentions is out of print and costs 350 dollars used. Is there a cheaper alternative?

The meridians I do know from shitatus practice and what he is saying makes sense theoretically, but the muscles that he says represent weaknesss in xx meridian do not match up to the little that I know about the paths of the meridians. I think there are deep meridian that don't completely match up to the surface points that we use for needling or shiatsu. Is this correct? Perhaps that accounts for the discrepancy.

I understand that this is not a method for finding the right remedy. It is a method for differentiating between several apparently equal choices.
