Question re: blood clot - mine...
Re: Question re: blood clot - mine...
Hi Shannon,
Not sure if I am the Donna to whom you are referring - I have never seen aggravation from any Cell Salts (and I use them a LOT) - and I just don't use Bioplasma very often - so have never seen any aggravation from that either.
As to the fish oils - most people do seem to have a reaction to at least one variety of fish oils. I have had one client need to try 8 products before she found one that went down and stayed down. My advice is to purchase the smallest amount they sell and to keep it in the fridge. I agree with you, most people need to take it with food. I also recommend using 1/4 the recommended dose for about a week, then incrementing upward, then holding for a week, then going back down. Almost any supplement seems to be better tolerated and very effective in that way.

Hi Erica,
I haven't found anything specific to read about Bioplasma. But, it's a combination of all 12, and seems sort of like a "homeopathic multi-vitamin". OTOH I think it was Donna(?) who said she sometimes sees aggravations from Bioplasma, so I guess it still needs to be used watchfully. (For me on myself, tho, no problems so far, just benefit.)
Bummer about the fish oil... :-/ By "reflux" I guess you mean more than just burping up the taste? For me the key is to take it at *start* of a meal, so there's plenty of stuff to absorb it and "hold it down"; but the only thing I'm trying to avoid there is just the taste...

Re: Question re: blood clot - mine...
Thanks Donna, I guess I've been lucky with the fish oils!
I'll
keep your tips in mind.l
I'm embarrassed that I can't remember who made the remarks about cell
salts. My usual computer is in the shop, and I can't remember.
Probably she'll speak up! It's a topic I'm trying to follow up on (one
among several, sigh).

Re: Question re: blood clot - mine...
We can't get Bioplasma in UK only all the cell salts separately or in certain combinations of 3 or 4

Re: Question re: blood clot - mine...
Do you mean you can google up suppliers but they won't send to the UK,
or does your browser not take you to the suppliers?
You could put a tab of each into glass of water, dissolve and take sips
for doses, but that's a lot more of a nuisance...

Hi Erica,
Unless you've got a Blood Group diet like incompatibility - in which
case, if you haven't already, it might be worth checking out Salmon or
Krill, or as you say looking into the plant sources for Fatty acids,
(and there is also the reflux free Fish Oil, or enteric coated types) -
the reflux problem can be an indication of liver issues and poor fat
digestion. It's usually better to address the liver problem rather than
find a way to take the fish oil while you ignore the body's signals for
assistance.
Oh and just a thought - Fish Oils will usually have a bit of Vit E added
to help with rancidity problems and in Australia if the amount included
is below a certain level it's not allowed to be listed as an ingredient
on the label - Vit E is often sourced from Soy or may be synthetic.
and another thought - I'll stop soon - things that help with blood
thinning include Alcohol - interesting because alcohol is an antidote
for snake venoms - and the herbs like Gingko, Ginger, Gotu Kola,
Bilberry and Garlic.
I suggest a good meal with lots of Garlic and a glass of Red Wine at
least once a day.

Oh yikes, I don't mean drink the whole thing!! My usual way of dosing
has been 2 tabs to a cup of water, dissolve and stir, and 1 tsp for a
dose. With so many pills you could add it to lots more water I'd
think, but I suppose keep most in the fridge? Or put 1 of each into a
bowl, grind together, and use a pinch or a couple of pills' worth in
cup of water, tsp. for dose as above. I didn't see any difference in
effect between when I was taking 4 tablets for a dose, versus when I
had 2 in cup of water and tsp for a dose, tho I'm not willing to say
there never could be.
Cell salts Bioplasma in your link *must* be it I would think, tho I see
what you mean, they sure aren't explaining anything!

Re: Question re: blood clot - mine...
I wouldn't call bioplasma a "homeopathic multi-vitamin". Like any homeopathic, there are needs for certain ones at certain times. It's actually unusual to need all 12 cell salts at once.
Have you read "Twelve Tissue Salts" by Boericke/Dewey? It's the best book I've found on them.
