Hi Luise,

I'd be happy to facilitate some computer-assisted reporting bulletin
board...
maybe it could be set up in such a way as to prompt people to create a new
thread/topic for new Genus Epidemicus, but if they're reporting fits under
an existing one, to enter location & some #'s & case information under that
existing one.
If such a project actually got going, it might be more than I could do to
try to collate information otherwise.
I would definitely do whatever I could to make this happen, though-
including hosting & assisting in development of any kind of computer/web
reporting solution. Perhaps the best automation would be a form with common
symptom groups attached to a yes/no check-box, then an "other" box that
people could fill in, which would require interpreting as either a NEW
symptom (then make a new check-box) or assigning it to existing symptom
group.

How to get a "critical mass" of homeopaths to report, though ??
