Thanks for posting this. We are holding one based in Bellevue, WA, US
(Karen's home state ) Due to snow conditions we have shifted it to
be a virtual meeting to gather and compile what people want and send
it to Obama's team.

Yes this is a first and result of a lot of work being done.

If you would like to participate in ours, reply to me and I'll send
our moderator's document to you. Or post them as mentioned below on
the site. It's wonderful to have several options....no excuses
In-person meetings are of course wonderful and encouraged!

i missed the one held last sunday in my town, but they did set up a health committee
and i wrote to include me on the list. i have also written on change.gov.
while karen's post spoke in such a positive manner, i think people need to take
obama'a words seriously--that the public needs to keep his toes to the fire since
