[SPAM?] Alzheimers/Dementia

Post by Dale Moss »

Rochelle,
Dr. R. has used the Barytas (mostly Baryta-c. and Baryta-m.), but he's also used Plumbum, Zincum, Cann-i., and Secale.
Peace,
Dale

Atiq,
My grandmother's Alzheimers disappeared after treating constitutionally. Natrum Sulph was her remedy. At the time (almost 2 years ago) she was very depressed, laying in bed in the fetal position most days, couldn't remember any of her children, didn't know what day it was, etc. She was on 4 or 5 meds. Within a week or two of her remedy, she was almost back to normal - and doing the crossword puzzle every day and not only remembering her children but her grandchildren and great-grandchildren! She started walking again daily and everyone thought it was "a miracle." (She's 86 now.)
She went off all meds and was doing great for over a year and then had a fall and then a stroke the next day. She was put into nursing home care as she could not use the right side of her body and her speech was slurred. They stopped therapy as they said people with that type of stroke don't make any further progress. My mom was finally able to give her a remedy and she continued to make progress whereby she can now walk unassisted and her speech is almost back to normal and she moved back into a home environment. Baryta Carb. She still has some difficulty swallowing liquids.
I always thought she was Natrum Muriaticum constitutionally however, the symptom picture fit Nat Sulph and sure enough it worked. (She did have a previous head injury a year or so before the Alzheimers. Also, btw, her mother also had dementia way back when before they knew about or termed Alzheimers.)
My mom said she'll never forget my grandmother's first dose because she just smiled and giggled for about 1/2 an hour post dosing and then it's like the light went back on.
Hope it helps!
Truly,
Erica

Erika,

What time of year did your grandmother have her fall? Was it in the
winter months? Sun (Vit D) deficiency leads to falls in the elderly.
