The remedy is mostly indicated in women and affects
the mental sphere and menstruation.

One of its specific indications is in PMS where the
changeability of mood is the prominent feature.
Changeability of mood occurs in a short time.

There is a marked general aggravation before and
during menses. Anger before and during menses, which
may be toward her husband and children is an important
mental symptom of this remedy. Anger is in outbursts,
